Good news: Since Spain Member of the EU Customs Union Despite the distance, the process is administratively straightforward. If you are moving your residence from Switzerland to Spain, your personal belongings can be transported. Completely free of customs duties and VAT be introduced.
The requirement is that the goods have been in your possession for at least 6 months and that you demonstrably give up your residence in Switzerland.

Pets: Moving with a dog or cat follows standard EU rules. You will need an EU pet passport, a valid rabies vaccination, and microchip identification.
Vehicles (car / motorcycle): Importing your Swiss car is possible, but it must be registered and re-registered in Spain within a certain period of time ("Matriculación").
NIE number: First things first: Apply for your Spanish NIE number as early as possible, ideally while still in Switzerland. You will need it for almost all administrative procedures (bank, rental agreement, car).
