Danger: Norway is not Switzerland is part of the EU Customs Union (but not the EFTA). Moving there is considered an import into a third country. Personal belongings ("flyttegods") that you have owned for more than 6 months can be imported duty-free, provided you have lived in Switzerland for at least 12 months.
