Moving planning with your project manager

After receiving the order, we will create a relocation plan with time slots, a labeling system for boxes and furniture, the IT dismantling sequence and – if necessary – parking restriction zones at the new location.

Packaging, disassembly & safe transport

Our team professionally packs files, monitors, and office supplies. Office furniture (including USM Haller, Steelcase, Vitra, and Sedus) is disassembled and safely transported in modern trucks equipped with liftgates and tie-down systems.

Setup and installation at the new location

Furniture assembly, setup according to the floor plan, connection of monitors and workplace equipment. Coordination with your IT service provider for network cabling upon request.

Disposal, final cleaning and handover

Old furniture you're not taking with you? We'll take care of its professional disposal, providing a certificate of disposal. Final cleaning is guaranteed to meet your expectations – including carpet cleaning and cleaning of glass surfaces.

Larger company moves with 50+ workstations can take one to two weeks, but can be strategically carried out in stages over several weekends.
Ideally, book 6–8 weeks in advance. During peak season (March–May and September–October), we recommend 10–12 weeks' notice. We can also find solutions for express moves at short notice – please contact us.

Yes. Weekend, evening, and night shifts are standard practice for our office relocations. This way, you completely avoid business interruption. A surcharge of €15–25 per hour is typical, depending on the time frame.
Yes. We will apply for the temporary no-parking zone with the relevant municipality (e.g., the Zurich City Transport Department) and put up the signs. You should apply for this 10–14 days before your moving date.
We handle environmentally sound disposal with official proof of disposal. Upon request, we can arrange for the reuse of resalable furniture (furniture exchange, secondhand shop).
We have business liability insurance up to CHF 5 million and transport insurance that covers damage to your belongings during the move. For valuable individual items, we recommend additional valuables insurance, which we can arrange upon request.
